Terrible Customer Service
Dear Hawkers,
I bought two sunglasses from you on the 07.07.2021. at 21:36.
1 x Diamond Black Dark One
1 x Northweek Regular Seabright
But I didn't receive any confirmation about it, no reference number, nothing, it was just the money taken from my card.
I contacted you yesterday about it via your website but I haven't got any answer since yet.
This is not the right customer management.
I need quick feedback from you when will I get my sunglasses.
